Outsourcing
Outsourcing is based on the division-of-labour concept where a company subcontracts one of more processes to a third-party firm. The business of outsourcing continues to expand. Many of us may have heard of business process outsourcing (BPO), knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), and legal process outsourcing (LPO).

Business process outsourcing
Outsourcing help companies, which do not have the economies-of-scale to perform the processes on their own. Individuals may use outsourcing by hiring others to do the work for them. The idea of outsourcing has long since been existent. Teenagers have been doing chores for neighbours, such as mowing the lawn and baby-sitting in exchange for a couple of pounds. Indian companies, for example, offer online personal assistance services including the most menial errands.
If you are skilful at something, put up a website to market your abilities. There are lots of outsourcing sites that especially cater to freelancers and outsourcing firms. You can either offer to write Web content, teach another language, or help a student with school work. Even with little start-up money, you may put up your own outsourcing business by setting up a website.
